Specialist Personal Training in the City of London (EC3V)
Golf fitness and rehabilitative personal training in the Square Mile. Whether you're dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or want your training to carry over to the golf course, I'll start with an assessment and build from there.
Choose your focus
Rehab-focused personal training
If pain or an injury history is limiting you, I'll rebuild your movement quality, stability, and confidence using a DNS-led approach, then progress strength in a way that supports long-term capacity.
- Back pain and recurring flare-ups
- Shoulder, hip, knee, or tendon issues
- Stiffness from desk work and stress load
Golf fitness personal training
If you want your training to carry over to the course, I'll help you improve mobility, build golf-specific strength, and develop the resilience to practise and play consistently.
- Improve rotation and movement efficiency
- Build strength and stability for golf
- Support speed and performance with control
How it works
Book an assessment
I assess what's holding you back: movement, stability, injury history, and goals. This shapes everything that follows.
Train with a clear plan
Every session is coached 1-to-1 and follows a clear structure. No guesswork, no generic programmes.
Build long-term results
Stronger foundations, better movement, and a body that holds up long term. That's how real, lasting progress is built.
DNS-led coaching, not generic PT
DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation) is the foundation of how I assess and train. It focuses on how your body controls movement and stability, which is especially valuable if you're rehabbing, dealing with recurring pain, or trying to move better under load.
It's also central to my golf fitness coaching. The golf swing is a high-speed movement built on stability, sequencing, and control, and DNS addresses all three.
Train in the heart of the City
Sessions take place at Elevate LDN, a private training facility in the Square Mile.
