How it works
Book an assessment
Every client starts with a thorough assessment. Whether it's a DNS movement screen for rehab or a TPI evaluation for golf, this is how I build a programme around you, not a template.
Train with structure
Every session is coached 1-to-1 and structured around your goal, whether that's rehab, golf performance, or both. Programming is progressed in a way that makes sense for your body.
Build long-term results
Clients stay because the work keeps delivering. Less pain, better movement on the course, stronger in the gym. The progress compounds and the results stick.
Why work with Ben
DNS Exercise Specialist
DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation) addresses the stability and control that underpin everything else. Without it, strength gets built on rocky foundations. With it, the gains are more sustainable and the body holds up.
Connected to your coaching team
I work alongside golf pros and swing coaches so your physical training reinforces what you're doing on the range. Your fitness programme and your lessons pull in the same direction.
Work alongside clinicians
If you're already seeing a physio, osteopath, or chiropractor, I'll work with them directly. Think of it as your own performance team, all pulling in the same direction to get you back to where you want to be.
TPI Certified
TPI Level 2 certified and a DNS Exercise Specialist. Very few trainers hold both. It means I can screen your movement, understand your swing limitations, and train you in a way that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.
What clients say
“I have been sending my patients to train with Ben for almost 5 years. For me it is crucial that a trainer understands how to safely and effectively train someone who is just coming out of acute injury and Ben does exactly that. If you are looking for an exceptional rehabilitative personal trainer; Ben is your man!”
Robert Griffiths
Chiropractor at Pro Performance Clinics
“When I started training with Ben I had arthritic knees and could only play a full round on a buggy. After a specifically designed course of workouts, I'm now walking three rounds a week and my game has improved as well. Ben is an excellent trainer.”
Pete Korman
Golfer
“I had a discectomy on my lower back and a shoulder RSI condition, and recovery was slow, so my physio recommended sessions with Ben. I've never looked back. I feel much, much stronger. My advice: please don't wait. It is the best money I have spent.”
Tim B.
Client (Post-Spinal Surgery)
“We've been training for a year and gone through strength work and speed work. I've seen a 6–7 mph increase in ball speed and my lower back isn't hurting after 18 holes anymore.”
Bruce Anderson
Golfer
“As a physiotherapist, collaboration with Ben was truly a great experience. His understanding of the human body is admirable. His special interest in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation makes Ben one of the few trainers in the world licensed with this highly effective technique.”
Dominika Bezakova
Physio on World Surf League
“Over 12 weeks I improved my strength and flexibility enough to add 30 yards to my drives. As a 65-year-old, that and the general fitness have really helped my game.”
David Pitts
Golfer
